  1. Decide which type of membership you desire.

  2. Complete your application.

  3. Either print, complete, and mail your application form to:

    Candler, NC 28715

    NOTE: don't forget to include your credit card information or a check with your application.

  4. Or complete and email the application to: imant.office@ gmail.com and pay by credit card securely and confidentially by using the IPX Services, Inc secure and strictly confidential credit card gateway.

  5. Your annual benefits begin when your payment and application are received and processed.

Please Note: Members who fail to renew before their membership lapses will be subject to a $25 late renewal fee to cover the cost of reinstating all of your benefits which will also have lapsed. Please renew promptly to avoid this.
